Board Meetings
Board meetings are held at the selection of the board members as business of the association may require it. Any issue a property owner would like the board to consider may be done by our Contact Form or email.
“Scoop the Poop”
Remember, our covenants require that you kindly pick up any pet waste when you are walking your dog in the neighborhood.
Forth of July – FIREWORKS
As you celebrate the 4th of July, please observe these suggestions by the board:
- Though fireworks are viewed best after dark, be a good neighbor and don’t celebrate too late. Please don’t shoot fireworks after 11 pm.
- DO NOT shoot fireworks in the middle of the street, after all, they are streets. Especially after dark, it is hard to see people bent over in the street and it is incredibly dangerous. Please shoot them off in your driveway, mindful of passing traffic or use your backyard if it is big enough.
- Pick up after yourself. Every year we get complaints of debris in the yards. Clean up your yard and any debris that you launched that landed in your neighbors’ yards.
- Supervise children. Fireworks are dangerous and kids can do unpredictable things in a flash.
- Most importantly — BE SAFE!
- Have a great 4th of July holiday!!
“Two Tree” Front Yard Requirement per the Covenants
A reminder that the covenants require two trees in every front yard in our neighborhood. If you do not have two trees and have not received a waiver from the Architectural Control Committee/Board of Directors, please contact the board. The application form for the waiver is available on the website. We would like to have every property in compliance with the covenants or an approved waiver issued to the property owner.
Basketball Goals
We encourage physical fitness and well-being for our neighbors but the goals may not be permanently affixed to your property. Temporary goals are allowed but should not be left out indefinitely and should be maintained.
Building Projects
Per the covenants, if you are considering any remodeling or additions to your home, including decks, fences, etc. you need to get approval from the Architectural Control Committee/Board of Directors PRIOR to starting your project. Contact the board for more info if needed.
During Snowy Weather
During snowy weather, our neighborhood children need to use the sidewalks to walk to their bus stops. Please try to remove the snow from your sidewalks for their safety.
Please try to park all vehicles in your driveway, rather than in the street, so that when the county snow plows our streets, they can do it much more effectively and safely. You are also less likely to have someone accidentally slide into your car!
The board wishes for everyone to “be a good neighbor” and be mindful of others!
