For New Homeowners:
Welcome to Cherry Hills! We’re sure you’ll love our neighborhood as much as we do. Please make note of the following items.
- You’ll find the covenants and restrictions under POA Official Docs. This will provide answers to many questions as well as provide information on how to make requests for variances, if needed.
- As a subdivision, we all use Queen City Disposal. They are kind enough to bill homeowners individually instead of the subdivision. Please make contact with them as soon as possible to set up your trash and recycling services, because trash service is not included in the annual dues. Their number is (417) 865-3500.

Property Owners’ Dues:
Annual regular dues are due and payable on January 1st each year and considered “past-due” as of March 1st. NO individual billing will be sent to property owners separate from their regular newsletter mailing, emails and website postings due to the prohibitive costs to the association for postage, etc.
Regular dues for 2025 are $94.
